Even Creeper‘s can have intimate moments!
News: Just wanted to call some attention to a few things. First off, the friendly gals over at Geek Girl on the Street mentioned me as “The Best Webcomic at APE 2010,” I’m not sure how true that is but I must say, I’m deeply flattered by such kind words… Thank you so much Guys (or Gals)!. 
Dina Kaminska, a contributor to the blog asked me to do a brief interview, which I did near the end of the con (since it was pretty damn busy). She e-mailed me a link to the mention I just linked for you guys …but I guess I can expect a second blog with our interview eventually. I’ll link you guys to that whenever I hear from her again, or something. Another thing I wanted to point out is that I added a little donate button over on the sidebar. I don’t really expect much out of it, but being as I post this comic free, if you guys ever care to toss me a few bucks (or even pennies) it will be extremely appreciated and I will tell you now, even the smallest of change goes a long way! It all goes into funding more advertising for site, which means more readers and more smiles! We’ve gotta share the smiles right? lol Anyway, yeah, the comic is free for you guys, but at times it can be expensive for me. 
Blahblahblah… I’ll end this little news rant by saying I’m VERY VERY grateful for all of your continued readerships and support! You guys make it worth it for me and YOU guys are the best readers on the internet. Seriously. :]

Why did they switch sides!? I’m so confused! It’s also a bummer that they didn’t eat others faces. =/
Think of it as sort of like a camera angle change, like how when people are talking the camera will move around their faces. That’s all it is.. I just felt for their little moment.. it would be better from that angle so you could see cadence’ face better. :]

I love the sky in the last panel, especially how it contradicts the effect used in the fifth panel.

This comic is great. I’ve been a fan for a while but haven’t ever posted a comment. I keep reading what Rudy says with a cockney accent in mind, but also a gutteral sound to his voice, is that what you were going for?
Also Joseph’s face in the last panel just creeps me out.
Aw, thanks I appreciate that! I’m glad you’re reading AND that you finally took the time to comment. It means a lot to me when people actually give me feedback and/or just shoot the shit with me here and there.
As far as Rudy’s accent goes, I’d say sort of like a Ebonic Cockney? His grasp on the English language is sorta weak, He can understand it when it’s spoken to him.. like how a dog knows commands and such.. but he struggles to speak it..so he’s sort of created his own dialect of English… i guess that would be the best way to put it. So, the accent could really be any mixture of strange sounds! haha
The funny thing about THAT particular smile is I personally often make a smile like that.. when i get uncomfortable or don’t have anything to say… it sort of makes the situation even more awkward… I should probably stop doing that. lol
i assumed rudy’s throat, tongue or facial muscles werent very developed, since hes not human and humans got that area super evolved so we can speak a wide variety of sounds…
speacialy ppl who know more than one language(me), since we speak the sounds of more than one language
Well Corbin, the fish and any other creature to date hasn’t had issues speaking English fluently though.
BUT maybe you’ve got a point there, Rudy’s particular species may have under developed throat and tongue muscles. That’s a really intriguing thought actually! +2 points!

Well, now that I’ve started commenting, you’ll probably see me around here more often. You seem to do things a lot like me, when I do/make something new I’m eager for feedback. I like the fact that you’ll actively talk and joke around with your audience, not a lot of other webcomic artists seem to do that outside of a forum environment… Please don’t start a forum for commenting!
Feed back is nice, and being able to joke around and just be myself after working 6hours+ on a comic is even better. Before I started my comic, it actually used to bum me out a bit when I’d comment on other comic artists sites and they wouldn’t get back to me. I sorta took a vow to try my best to always reply. I mean now that I’ve been doing it myself, i COMPLETELY understand how it can be too hard to find time for comments back, but I enjoy them so I make an extra effort to comment back to people before i start my day, and when I’m ending it before bed.
I had a forum for a little while, I broke it, it was hard/tiring to maintain, so I took it down. I like the idea of having a place to share things with readers outside of the comments… like random pictures and youtube videos and ESPECIALLY to find new music and such, via other people. I’d NEVER do my comments section for each strip in a forum though, ew. It begins to get TOO informal, and I don’t really care for that at all. If I ever bring the forum back, it will ONLY be for the reasons I listed above.
Anyway, my apologies. Sometimes I over explain things and talk peoples ears off! lol ><
This would work great animated and voiced, if not for your supporting cast of creatures. I wanna hear Rudy and Corbin. I would love for Corbin to be voiced by Alan Rickman, and Rudy by Ben Affleck.
Oh man, If I could make this an animated series, there would be SOOO Many new windows for humor. I realized subtly is lost in humor comics at time, like annunciation for one thing, as well as just funny movements.
I agree that Alan Rickman would HAVE to do a voice in L.A.W.L.S. more than likely the gay British fish though, not Corbin. But before i go on too long, Ben Affleck? WHY HIM!?! AND WHY RUDY!?! ><

Don’t sweat it though, I understand the strength of a good drama/writing. I’ve laid out a good portion of the sexual tension in the story, so my story aint jumpin’ any sharks soon… well it might actually have a shark.. and people jumping into it’s mouth, but that will only be in one strip ^_~

uh, was Joseph asking Candance if she wanted to make something out of being a stalker or if she wanted to make out? or both?
Neither, there was a bit of subtext going on, sort of a cruel flirting/exploration of feelings… but what you just witnessed was a slight moment in time when the two of them realized that they may have similar feelings for each other. Nothing actually happened though, partly because neither knew how to react to it and largely because Rudy has a big mouth… with ugly teeth.
Joseph still having bits of poop in his hair probably didn’t help much either.

yeah, it didnt happend yet, but it is clear sooner or later theyre gonna be a couple, maybe when Joseph wash his hair

If i read into that at all, then one of four things are possible.
1. They will not be love interests (I hope not)
2. You will soon kill one of them off (you better not)
3. It was a figure of speech (most likely choice)

I think 3-4, at current, are your safest bets to believe. But 2 is possible… I may just out of the blue wack all the characters with a single nuclear bomb…or have some random shadow guy steal mont… i mean Rudy, and kill Joseph! OR just pretend my whole comic was on purpose but end up summing the whole creation up to this single though: They’re all dead, this is Purgatory. Cos I’m a terrible writer….no wait that was a television show i wasted my life on. ^_~
I just realized.. that almost sounds like I was slamming on Nerf This. Actually, the shadow guy section of that comic has been absolutely fantastic! That part has been the best part of the whole comic yet. I was more saying that if I had no plan.. i may as well steal concepts from other peoples work. I hope that didn’t like an insult to Scott! Oppppsss… (the last portion was actually a slam though… arg that show pissed me off so much)

It was a independent film that was at sundance. If you like a good dark comedy then you should enjoy it.
