Looks like a cat fight is about to break loose!

NEWS: Gee Golly and I TIRED! Sorry that this strip wasn’t up at midnight.. I had an EXTREMELY busy day. Anyway, while I was at work I wasn’t able to get any drawing done… BUT I was able to fix the issue in the forums, where the smiley packs, youtube videos and editor bar were not functioning properly. Thank God! So, if you were on the forums waiting for that to be fix… you can now freely post stuff with out a problem!

Also, I opened up a new poll a few hours ago regarding conventions. I’ve listed every convention that has been on my potential list. Basically, I’m looking to see what cons you guys will be attending at so that I can use that as a judge to figure out exactly which I should expand to next year. Please be honest on this, you can choose multiple too, for instance if you live in the State of CA I’ve listed a handful cos they are ALL near enough to me that I’m willing to drive to them.

Ok… now I NEED sleep. I’ll try to do Friday’s strip tomorrow since it looks like Thursday is gonna be just as busy as today was. :/ See you Friday (hopefully on time).

PS. I still haven’t had a chance to write a blog about Emerald City Comic Con… hopefully I can get to that on Thursday. We’ll see though.

You never know when one’s gonna pop up.

NEWS: Wow, I leave for Seattle in 3 days! I’m crazy excited to be returning to Emerald City Comic Con, and a bit nervous as well. The next few days will consist of packing, consolidating inventory, packing some more and get a comic done before I leave! D: I hope I can get it all done in time. So, just a bit of a heads up, until I get to Seattle, I’ll probably be a bit web-flaky as far as commenting back to you guys or participating in the forums. I’m not ignoring you guys, just know I’ll try my best to make time for you when ever I get the chance. :] See y’all Wednesday with a new LAWLS!

I’m not sure why Cadence would be surprised, it’s always Joseph’s fault.

NEWS: Sorry for the slight lateness of this post. I generally like to get the strips up by Midnight EST time… but I was really busy today preparing for ECCC next week. I’ve been having to modify my convention set up so that I can bring it and my merch on the airplane with me. Unfortunately, 50lbs really ads up really fast… my rig itself nearly hits that weight on its own. SO today, I was running around shopping, modifying it, and also grabbing any other last minute supplies i needed. I wasn’t able to start the comic until way later than normal. ALSO, i’m really trying to push myself with a better way to shade my work.. so that is also a bit more time consuming. Anyway, I’ll see ya guys next Monday and Wednesday with a new L.A.W.L.S. Next Friday and the following Monday will be some guest strips from some great artists. I can’t wait to post em. :] Have a good weekend.

At the moment, I’m not even sure which character to sympathize for.

NEWS: LOOK the post is early! :D Anyway, This strip took me a good part of the weekend for me to put together. I’m trying out some new techniques.. which may slow me down for a little bit, but overall I feel like the few I tried for this strip have made a big difference, especially in comparison to the ones so far (in this ‘chapter’). That’s a good way to take the matter into your own hands.

NEWS: This post was a bit late again.. but with good reason. Not only am I trying out some new techniques with coloring/shading, I spent the last day or so doing a little bit more website tweaking. This set of tweaks added a few new pages to the site as well as a brand new menubar, with drop downs! Look above the comic to see what I’m talking about. If you notice, under “Extras” there a a few new options not available before, including a fan art section (title F.Art)! A few people had sent me their own drawing (and pictures of plushies) that they made that were related to LAWLS, So I wanted to spot light them somewhere for their efforts! Each one of these put a smile on my face when I opened up my email and saw them. Anyway, check them out and if you guys wanna have your LAWLS related art featured as well, you can always email them to me and I’ll post em up as soon as I can. Remember to tell me your name and if you have a website you want linked under your work. Obviously, since you spent the time doing something so awesome for me, I wanna return the favor! FREE LINKS! :]

DEAR GOD SOOOO MANY HANDS! This post took forever because it was just hands after hands! I SWEAR! Well… five… but hands take me a while to draw! haha.

NEWS: I’m constantly trying to tiddy up this site and perfect it’s design.. while making it something very useful and easy to understand. In this quest for website perfectionism… I added a few new things. One of which being the “+save my place” button on the lower left side of the comic. This button allows you to bookmark where you left off in case it may be a few days till you come back. When you come back, all you need to do is click “-Resume Reading” and you will be back where you started. :] Another thing I added, was the TWC vote button! I figured the comic has been around just about a year now.. so it was as good of a time as any to introduce the vote button. (It may change locations.. idk, what do you think of its current spot? (right side under comic.. so its easy to find and you don’t have to scroll down to vote) Anyway, if you guys wouldn’t please vote as often as you can (once a day if you are hardcore!) and help get this comic as far up this list as possible! If we can get this comic up to page one, it pretty much acts as free advertising for this comic which is GREAT! Alright guys, time for me to start Friday’s comic… but till then Happy voting! OH and I’ll try to put up samples to the next strips as often as I can. Thanks again. See ya Friday.
